Christ Nursing Solutions was established in 2019 in Port Elizabeth and Kimberley, Northern Cape. Since its inception, we have been dedicated to empowering individuals with essential skills for the healthcare industry. We are proud to report that 70% of our graduates have successfully secured employment in old age homes, hospitals, and clinics. Our offerings include a range of healthcare training courses and computer literacy courses.

Home base Care

No Age Restrictions

Registration Fee: R300

Full Course Fee: R800 (R500 payable on the starting date)

Duration: 2 weeks theory and 2 weeks practical 

Requirement: Grade 9

Home base Care Personal Worker

QCTO 135 Credits

Accreditation: QCTO, 135 Credits

Registration Fee: R600

Entry Requirement: Grade 10

Duration: 18 Months

Monthly Fee: R500

Course Highlights:

  • Learn to measure vital signs such as blood pressure and conduct urine testing.
  • Assess and monitor clients’ health status.
  • Provide psycho-social support to clients.
  • Assist in maintaining the overall health and well-being of clients.
Foundation Nursing & Clinical Nursing Skills

Offered in partnership with Alison, these courses equip students with essential nursing skills through both theory and practical training and may support access to higher healthcare courses or nursing studies, once entry requirements are met.

Clinical Nursing

Entry Requirements: Home-Based Care Certificate, Grade 12

Registration Fee: R500

Monthly Fee: R300

Duration: 12 Months

Social Auxiliary Worker

Entry Requirement: Grade 12

Registration Fee: R700

Monthly Fee: R600

Duration: 18 Months

Course Objectives:

  1.  Provide basic counselling and support services to individuals and families facing socio-economic challenges.
  2. Facilitate non-therapeutic groups (educational and support groups) to help achieve the developmental goals of the group.
  3. Facilitate participatory development in communities to address common socio-economic needs and promote social justice.
  4. Collect and collate data to inform social service interventions.

This course focuses on preparing students for roles that support individuals, families, and communities in addressing social challenges and improving their quality of life.


Computer Literacy
